Whats Water Got To Do With It?

It’s known that water is the best refreshment you can drink and the most popular refreshment.  Did you know that drinking eight glasses of water is a myth? Yes, whether you drink it pure or in some other form the amount of water you drink will be sufficient enough for your body’s maintenance.  Water is a necessary nutrient for your body because your body is made up of 60% water so it is necessary to replace that which is lost through various forms like sweat, urine, breathing and stool (that causes fluid absorption.)

However, there is a refreshment that is very unhealthy for your body and that is alcohol, it tampers with the brain and kidney causing excessive excretion which leads to loss of a lot of fluids,( dehydration) is something that you need to avoid because it can cause wrinkles, itchiness, flaking, scaling, peeling and roughness which are unattractive.  What you may not know is that your skin is your protective shield that allows you to absorb and retain moisture balance for healthier looking skin.

You can also protect and moisturize your skin by using my handmade lotions or body butter creams, that contains Sweet Almond oil, Avocado oil and Shea Butter. They also contain vitamin A that is known for working with skin cells because vitamin A has a similar structure like our skin cells. They also contain mono-saturated fatty acid that produce moisture, they contain lecithin and potassium they produce moisture and penetrate quickly into the skin.
